I've never seen a car towed before. It was parked on the street that had signs that clearly stated no parking for the parade. The police made every effort to contact the owner. I watched the entire episode develop. There were two cars and the owner of the other one got there just in time to prevent her car from going too. She looked very sheepish when all the people were there watching as she drove away.
