I made two pair of these booties. One is for Baby Lonnberg and the other is for an American Legion Auxiliary. One of our members project is to make baskets for babies born while soldiers are deployed. The hardest part was finding shoelaces 18 -24 inches. I was prepared for it to be very difficult. I found it to be easy. I wanted to continue making them, but you can only use so many. The pattern is called too cute to kick off. I'll bet that is proved wrong.
