Turtle
I went outside to water my hanging pots. I saw what I thought was a piece of paper in my yard. On closer inspection I found it to be a a female turtle laying its eggs. It was a Woodlake turtle. Skunks and raccoons are the predator of the eggs. I really don't give the eggs much of a chance in my yard. Maybe I can build a fence around them. It takes 9 weeks for the eggs to hatch. Good luck with a fence right where I drive. Minnesota is so interesting with all the animals that have ventured into my yard. I was kind of wish it was a snapping turtle and I would have had a great meal.
